Xavier University Scandal

This involves two lovers who willingly videotaped their encounters . The girl is a student of Xavier University (also known as Ateneo de Cagayan). She was the Third Runner-up of Miss Cagayan de Oro Beauty Pageant 2004. The guy is also a student and a staff of the school's publication. Both parties denied and claimed not knowing how their video appeared to the public. The Mayor of the city got involved with the matter and declared illegal anyone selling such material in the city.
