Surigao Internet CAfe scandal

This was taken inside a cybercafe via webcam. A girl chatter and her bf was very gutsy enough to put on a sex show for their chatter friends. Not knowing that one of them recorded the whole event. Perhaps incidents like these that are prevalent then in Surigao prompted the authorities to crackdown on cybercafes there.
